On the cloud nine! An Exotic effect!!

Sometimes life bestows you with unexpected gifts, things that you had craved for long but never quite achieved, things for which we had lost all the hopes, thing which we had deemed materialistic and ungodly and ergo contempt worthy (Grapes are sore). These gifts only testifies the fact that how crazy life goes sometimes. This time God chose me to show this bizarre flavor of life. God has been always kind to me but this time he has crossed his limits.

There lives a bunch of amiable and wacky chaps in the depths of our hostels far away from my abode at a daunting distance but close to my heart. Who knew that these geeks score high on their CQs (comic quotient) too and who knew that the desire for perfection has turned them into perfect clownish performers. At least I never knew it until fate clubbed few friends of mine with them on the same floor or in the same room. I know Nikhil because he was on the Rishabh’s floor in the first year (and because of his unruly laughing behavior, Pakkia hits the nail right on the head when he says that Nikhil can laugh on anything.) I know Utkarsh because he now shares the floor with the above gentlemen. I know Dhruv because he is Utkarsh’s roommate. I know Vaibhav because he is Abhilash’s roomy. (He deserves a gallantry award for it. Although KAKA is gentle, chuveet, benevolent, amazingly helpful but…U know it ..don’t you). I know Bakul because he was Pakkia’s roomy. I know Tushar and Gappi because both of them are friends with all of them and survive on nearby floors. The only exception is Ankur, I know him because he knows me and always behaves as if we have been friends since the inception of mankind. (Someone needs to tell him that friends share analogous ages, both chronological and mental. We don’t share at least one of it and he knows which one….How dare he hit me so callously on my birthday..Now pay the price!)

I presume that the above description has made it clear that I feel that they all stink and thus I have chosen a room far away from their heady and obnoxious odor. Well, if this is what you have understood then don’t read the blog further because it will get even more complicated and you won’t even understand an iota of it.

This just means that by some freak of fate we don’t live on the same floor but even this did not deter us from being jhakaas wala biddus. This means that these guys are awesome and a bit wella which is why they invited even me to write on their blog, in spite of the fact that I am not an Exotic technically. Something that I never expected but which deeply and profoundly honored me.

But this is not the end of the fairy tale. I was on the cloud nine metaphorically; they wanted me to be on it literally. As they say when it rains it pours, the same was happening with me. Yesterday I had one of the most enthralling and rollicking trip of my life when the exotics took me along with them for surmounting the HATU peak, the highest of Shimla district (11152 feet). You reach the heights of exhilaration, when you are on such heights. Spell bounding panoramas sketched using overhanging godly trees, meandering and breathtaking narrow streets with gorgeous but deadly gorges on sides and flying clouds both above and below us shielding us from cruel glare of sun, the scenes were beyond the imagination of even the greatest of the poets. And above all, the exotics and their indomitable spirit to enjoy, riding along with me, literally God crossed his limits and I was on cloud nine.

Although, I can go on and on about the whole journey but I believe that you must get the best description of the odyssey and that i deem could be rendered with the help of pictures as they speak louder and cleared than words. To do so I present u my selection of the best pictures of the excursion.

P.S. I will be putting the pictures shortly. It's not possible to do them now because of connectivity blues.
